BeMoto is a privately owned motorcycle insurance specialist broker in Peterborough, owned and run by bikers with a small team of bike enthusiasts compared to our much larger and corporate owned competitors.

We try our hardest to make our customers happy, with a unique market leading range of insurance products designed for bike enthusiasts on road, track and dirt, backed up with market leading customer service. We are humans not computers... This means we don't just accept "computer says no", we often go the extra mile to try and find a way to accomodate our customer needs.

We believe in treating bikers fairly, which is why there are NO Amendment Fees to make changes to a policy mid-way-through, such as changing your address or swapping your motorbike, or even adding modifications. The underlying insurer may charge a little more but we won't sting you with a fee for the privalege of speaking to us.

So what do our customers say about us?

In the main, our customers appreciate the effort we go to in order to arrange them a good deal on their motorbike insurance, multi bike insurance, track insurance or dirt bike insurance policy. There are times we don't get it right, as we said, we are only human... The downside to being smaller is that we can have peak periods of calls that a small team can struggle to keep up with, however this is usually in short bursts, and to make things more manageable we have a callback option. When prompted by our phone system, simply follow the instructions (fully) and you will be placed in the queue without actually having to wait (go and make a cuppa or read those emails)!

By anyone's standards this is a pretty good score. But we don't take it for granted and work hard to make customers happy when things do go wrong. Whilst Google reviews aren't verified by them, Google does check for and removes fake content when it's identified. However, you only have to read these reviews to know they are genuine and you can see by the frequency of the same names popping up that we have a small but hard working and committed team of bike insurance experts.

Clearly we can get things wrong, but we do our best to make it right when it is brought to our attention. To err is human and all that... Give us a chance to make it right and we will always work our socks off to try and make you happy.
