Rare Kawasaki Z1 Investment

By

Looking for an investment classic motorcycle...?

The 903cc Kawasaki Z1 began production in 1972 as the most powerful Japanese 4-cylinder 4-stroke ever (at that time); air-cooled, carbureted, chain-drive, electric start, 82bhp and a max speed of 130mph it was hardly changed until 1975, when the "Z1-B" was introduced.

This very rare 1972 model is completely unrestored - as it left the factory - except for the fuel tap, although the original black one is still with the bike.

These machines had date stamps on many components and all are correct for this bike. It also has the very rare carburettors without a web at the back, these were used in the very rare prototypes and it came from the factory like that!

It also has the handbook and tool kit, the seat is completely original even down to the black foam. It is in fantastic condition and has 25,000 miles and is £30,000.

Compare that to a Sandcast Honda CB750 and it is great value... and far more rare.
